Tigger

Tigger is a young adult cat around 18 months to 2 years old. She has just come to us with her three kittens after being flooded out of the garden shed in which they were living together. She has a stunning sleek tabby coat and is very sociable, friendly and inquisitive. She enjoys attention and would suit a single person, couple or a family. Tigger has not yet been tested with dogs or other cats.

If you are confident that you can offer Tigger a loving home, please contact Judith Evans, RSPCA Cardiff and District Animal Welfare Officer on 02920 521177 or on rspcawelfare.cdf@hotmail.co.uk.

Tasmin

Tasmin was signed over to the RSPCA as her owner could not cope with her. She is a stunning black, domestic long haired female around 5 months old. She initially did not like being groomed as she was not used to it, but with lots of tlc and reassurance she has grown to enjoy it. She loves to play with the other cats and younger kittens at her fosterer’s home and can be quite mischievous. Tasmin adores cuddles and petting and would suit a single person, couple or a family with teenagers. She would not suit younger children as she is still very young and lets you know when she’s had enough!.

If you are confident that you can offer Tasmin a loving home, please contact Judith Evans, RSPCA Cardiff and District Animal Welfare Officer on 02920 521177 or on rspcawelfare.cdf@hotmail.co.uk.

Leah & Mitzi

Leah and Mitzi are 20 week old sisters who came to us with their mum, Dolly, (also featured on this page) and their three siblings. They are adorable black and white kittens with beautiful sleek coats and have formed a close bond, so must be adopted as a pair. They were initially a little timid due to them being unused to people, however, with continual love, attention and reassurance they are now a well adjusted pair who love to play and get up to mischief at their fosterer’s home and who enjoy cuddles and petting. Leah and Mitzi would suit a single person, couple or a family with teenagers. They would not suit a family where there are younger children. Both kittens are used to living with dogs and other cats.

If you are confident that you can offer Leah and Mitzi a loving home, please contact Judith Evans, RSPCA Cardiff and District Animal Welfare Officer on 02920 521177 or on rspcawelfare.cdf@hotmail.co.uk.

Dolly

Dolly came to us as a stray cat with a litter of five kittens, all of which have recently been adopted. She is a young adult – around 18 months to 2 years with a soft, sleek white and tabby coat. She enjoys being groomed and admired and will seek out company. She does like to sit on laps and will be picked up (on her terms!). She is enjoying living at her fosterer’s home, but would like the freedom to go outside to explore when she wants as she is very active. She would suit a single person, couple or a family with sensible children. She has demonstrated that she is tolerant of dogs and some other cats.
If you are confident that you can offer Dolly a loving home, please contact Judith Evans, RSPCA Cardiff and District Animal Welfare Officer on 02920 521177 or on rspcawelfare.cdf@hotmail.co.uk.

Mystique

Mystique is one of the lovely cats currently available for adoption from the RSPCA and is being cared for by one of our fosterers. Before coming to us, she lived outdoors for a while with her brothers and sisters, after her owner died. When she first arrived, she was extremely timid and distrustful fo people and spent a great deal of time in her igloo bed. With patience, perseverance and sensitive handling, Mystique is now a totally different cat and has shown she can develop a close, loving bond with people. She enjoys being petted, cuddled and sitting on everyone's laps. She is very inquisitive, loves exploring the house, watching the world go by from the window and playing with her toys. Mystique needs a loving home with an experienced cat owner who understands her needs and who is prepared to spend time, effort and patience to continue building up her trust. She is a delightful companion for a single person, couple or a family with sensible, older children. She has demonstrated that she can be tolerant of dogs and other cats.

If you are confident that you can offer Mystique a suitable home, please contact Judith Evans, RSPCA CArdiff and District Animal Welfare Officer on 01446 742130.
